PART IAPPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION
1.—(1) This Schedule shall apply to the British Wool Marketing Board.
(2) In this Schedule–
“the principal Order” means the British Wool Marketing Scheme (Approval) Order 1950(1);
“the 1958 Act” means the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958(2);
“the Board” means the British Wool Marketing Board.
