Application of Clean Air legislation
15. The Clean Air Act 1993(1) (except Parts IV and V) and the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(2) shall have effect in relation to premises occupied for the purposes of a headquarters as if the premises were occupied for the public service of the Crown and were under the control of the government department by arrangement with whom the premises are occupied.
