1. This Order may be cited as the Tollesbury and Mersea (Blackwater) Fishery Order 1999 and shall come into force on 14th July 1999.
2. There is hereby conferred on the Tollesbury and Mersea Native Oyster Fishery Company Limited (“the Grantees”) for a period of twenty years the right of several fishery for oysters within the limits and subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule to this Order (which are the same limits and conditions as have applied under the Tollesbury and Mersea (Blackwater) Fishery Order 1938(1)).
