Amendment of regulation 20 of the principal Regulations

6.  In regulation 20(1) of the principal Regulations–

(a) after the words “regulation 16” there shall be inserted the words “or 17”, and

(b) after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph–

“(d) in a case to which regulation 17(5) applies, the Secretary of State is satisfied that the benefit suspended is properly payable and the requirements of regulation 17(4) have been satisfied.”.
