PART XVAMENDMENT OF THE CHILD SUPPORT (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1996
Amendment of regulation 16 of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1996
44. In regulation 16 (transitional provision) of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amend ments) (No. 2) Regulations 1996(1)—
(a)for paragraph (1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(1) A decision with respect to a maintenance assessment in force on 13th January 1997 shall not be superseded by a decision under section 17 of the Act solely to give effect to these Regulations.”; and
(b)in paragraph (2), the words “made following a review mentioned in paragraph (1)” shall be omitted.
