Amendment of regulation 25(5) of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996
43. In regulation 25(5) (transitional provisions) of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996(1), for the words from “and those provisions” to the end there shall be substituted the words “and a decision with respect to a maintenance assessment in force on that date shall not be superseded by a decision under section 17 of the Child Support Act 1991 solely to give effect to the provisions of regulation 19 as amended by regulation 23.”.
