Interpretation of this Part
51. In this Part—
“the Act” means the Child Support Act 1991(1);
“legally qualified panel member” has the same meaning as in regulation 1(3) of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999; and
“maintenance period” and “relevant person” have the same meaning as in regulation 1(2) of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment Procedure) Regulations 1992(2).
