Amendment of Principal Regulations
3.—(1) The Principal Regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In Regulation 2(1), after the definition of “offender” insert the following–
““Premier Geografix” means Premier Geografix Limited a limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts under number 3522659 having its registered office at Centennial Court, Easthampstead Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1YQ;”.
(3) In Schedule 2, after paragraph 3 insert the following–
“4. Devices manufactured by Premier Geografix and sold under the Premier Geografix name:
(a)GEM Transmitter;
(b)GEM Site Monitoring Unit;
(c)GEM Field Management Unit;
(d)GEM Monitoring Officers Transmitter;
(e)GEM Central Computer System.”.
