Interpretation

4.  In Schedule 4–

(a)in paragraph 6, for the words “90 metres” substitute the words “110 metres”.

(b)for paragraph 7 substitute the following paragraph–

7.  Between a point 25 metres south-east of the party wall of Nos. 290 and 292 Archway Road and a point level with the party wall of Nos. 296 and 298 Archway Road.

(c)for paragraph 9 substitute the following paragraph–

9.  Between a point level with the common boundary of No. 154 Archway Road and the electricity substation and a point 12.5 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 136 and 138 Archway Road.

(d)for paragraph 13 substitute the following paragraph–

13.  Between a point 52 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Jacksons Lane and a point 5 metres south-east of a point level with the party wall of Nos. 255 and 257 Archway Road.

(e)delete paragraph 14.

(f)for paragraph 15 substitute the following paragraph–

15.  Between a point level with the south-eastern boundary of No. 203 Archway Road and a point level with the common boundary of Nos. 209 and 211 Archway Road.

(g)delete paragraph 16.

(h)for paragraph 17 substitute the following paragraph–

17.  Between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 164 and 166 Archway Road and the borough boundary with the London Borough of Islington.
