2. The Air Navigation (General) Regulations 1993(1) shall be further amended by inserting after regulation 18 the following:
“Airborne Collision Avoidance System
18A. For the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 5 to the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 1995, the prescribed requirements for an airborne collision avoidance system shall be the requirements for ACAS II equipment set out in Volume 4 Chapter 4 of Annex 10 (first edition) to the Chicago Convention.”.
