The Broadcasting (Restrictions on the Holding of Licences) (Amendment) Order 1999

Coming into force
22nd January 1999
Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990(1);
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Part V of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 and all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

1990 c. 42; paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule 2 was amended by paragraph 5 of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1996 (c. 55).
