2.  The date of 1st February 1999 is appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Government of Wales Act 1998–

• Section 111(1). (Welsh Administration Ombudsman).

• Schedule 9 Part I and section 111(2) so far as relating thereto. (Welsh Administration Ombudsman—appointment, staff etc.).

• Schedule 12 paragraphs 1, 18, 19, 31 and 32, and section 125 so far as relating thereto. (Minor and consequential amendments).

• Schedule 18 Part I in respect of the repeal in the Finance Act 1989(1), and section 152 so far as relating thereto. (Repeals—Welsh Administration Ombudsman and Health Service Commissioner for Wales).
