(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order describes for the purposes of the Scotland Act 1998–
a
the boundaries between waters which are to be treated as internal waters or territorial sea of the United Kingdom adjacent to Scotland and those which are not (article 3) and
b
the boundaries between waters which are to be treated as sea within British fishery limits adjacent to Scotland and those which are not (article 4).
