Juries Act 1974 (c. 23)
7. In Part III of Schedule 1 to the Juries Act 1974 (persons excusable as of right from jury service), after the entries under the heading “National Assembly for Wales”(1) there is inserted–
“Public Officials
The Auditor General for Scotland.”.

The entries for the National Assembly for Wales are prospectively inserted by paragraph 18 of Schedule 12 to the Government of Wales Act 1998.
