Amendment of Regulations
5. In paragraph (4)(f) of regulation 7 (applications for grant) of the principal Regulations–
(a)after “has”, there is inserted “, relative to the dwelling in question,”; and
(b)for the words after “respect of”, there is substituted–
“works which–
(i)are the same as those which are the subject of the application; or
(ii)have the same purpose, or substantially the same purpose, as those which are the subject of the application.”.
