3. Section 10 (minor and consequential amendments) of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 shall come into force on 26th April 1999 so far as it relates to the following entries in Schedule 2–
(a)paragraph 1(3) (amendment of section 68 of the 1981 Act);
(b)paragraph 1(4)(a), (b) and (d) (amendment of section 84 of 1981 Act);
(c)paragraph 1(5) (omission of section 85 of the 1981 Act);
(d)paragraph 1(6) (amendment of section 87 of the 1981 Act);
(e)paragraph 1(7) (amendment of section 151 of the 1981 Act);
(f)paragraph 2(3) (amendment of the 1984 Act);
(g)paragraph 2(6) (omission of section 75 of the 1984 Act);
(h)paragraph 2(7) (amendment of section 77 of the 1984 Act);
(i)paragraph 2(8) (amendment of section 81 of the 1984 Act);
(j)paragraph 2(9) (amendment of section 147 of the 1984 Act); and
(k)paragraph 4(b) (amendment of section 40 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984(1)).
