(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force or fully into force on 10th April 1998 those provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1991 which are not already in force or fully in force. The provisions relate to traffic in London. The Order also revokes certain spent transitional provisions in earlier Commencement Orders.
