Amendments to the 1990 Order
3. In the Schedule to the 1990 Order—
(a)Part I shall be amended by adding the words “The Institute of Legal Executives” after the words “The Council for Licensed Conveyancers”;
(b)the heading to Part II shall be amended by inserting the words “determinable by tribunals”, after the word “Issues”; and
(c)Part II shall be amended further by adding the words “The Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Legal Executives”, after the words “The Discipline and Appeals Committee of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers”.
