Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Crew Accommodation) (Fishing Vessels) Regulations 1975
16. After regulation 35 there shall be added the following new regulation:
“Additional requirements for new fishing vessels of 15 metres or more in length
36. All appropriate technical measures shall be taken to reduce the noise level at work in places and crew accommodation as far as possible, taking into account the size of the vessel.”
