The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby give the following Directions:
1984 c. 27. Section 65(1) was substituted by the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (c. 22), Schedule 8, paragraph 48. For the meaning of “the Ministers” see section 142(1).
