The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 32(3) and (5) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:

1967 c. 77; section 32 was substituted by section 45(1) of the Crime and Punishment (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 48).
