The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 108(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
(1)
1982 c. 16; there are amendments to section 108(1) which are not relevant to the subject matter of this Order; “relevant overseas territory” is defined in section 105(1) to include the Channel Islands.
