Specification of baits and lures and area of application

2.—(1) Natural prawns and shrimps (whether fresh or preserved, dyed or natural colour) and any part thereof are hereby specified as baits and lures for the purposes of the definition of “rod and line” in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951(1).

(2) These Regulations shall apply to the River Ewe Salmon Fishery District.
