Exemption of cleaning of buildings carried out by Salisbury District Council

4.  The cleaning of buildings(1) by the council of the district of Salisbury shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out at the Friary Estate or the Bemerton Heath Housing Estate in that district during the period beginning with 1st April 1998 and ending on 31st March 1999.
