Steps to be taken after investigation
9. On receiving—
(a)a report concerning the conduct of a senior police member of the National Crime Squad which is submitted to it under regulation 4(6), or
(b)a copy of a report concerning the conduct of a senior police member of the National Crime Squad which is sent to it under regulation 8(1),
the NCS Service Authority shall send a copy of the report to the Director of Public Prosecutions unless the report satisfies the NCS Service Authority that no criminal offence has been committed.
