Regulations applicable only to senior police members of NCIS
2. These Regulations shall not apply except in relation to an offence committed, or alleged to have been committed, by the Director General of NCIS and persons appointed under section 9(2)(a) of the Police Act 1997 (hereinafter referred to as a “senior police member”).
