In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 37 of the Police Act 1997(1), and after furnishing a draft thereof to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and taking into consideration the representations made by the said Board in accordance with section 63 of the Police Act 1996(2), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Regulations:
