2. In Part IV of Schedule 2 to the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997(1), in paragraph (10), for the words “involved in land defences and/or” there shall be substituted the words “engaged solely in harbour maintenance, dredging, building or maintenance of sea defences or”.
