Amendment of Establishment Order

2.  For Article 3 of the Leeds Community and Mental Health Services Teaching National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(1) there shall be substituted the following Article:—

Nature and functions of the trust

3.(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 5(1) of the Act.

(2) The trust’s functions shall be—

(a)to own and manage under section 5(1)(a) of the Act hospital accommodation and services provided at St. Mary’s Hospital, Green Hill Road, Leeds LS12 3QE, and associated hospitals (including the management of its teaching and research facilities);

(b)to provide and manage under section 5(1)(b) of the Act hospital accommodation and services at Monkbridge Road, Meanwood, Leeds LS6;

(c)to provide and manage under section 5(1)(b) of the Act hospital accommodation and services at Queensway, Guiseley, Leeds LS20; and

(d)to manage under section 5(1)(a) of the Act community health services provided from The Mansion, Meanwood Park Hospital, Leeds LS6 4QB and to own the associated premises..
