Amendment to the Legal Aid in Criminal and Care Proceedings (Costs) Regulations 1989
6. After regulation 10(2) the following paragraph shall be inserted:
“(3) Where legal aid is provided under a franchising contract, this regulation shall apply except to the extent that the contract makes different express provision.”.(1)
