Amendment of regulation 4 of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 1994
2. For regulation 4 of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 1994(1), substitute the following regulation–
“4. In these Regulations the “approved supply list” means the document entitled “Information Approved for the Classification and Labelling of Substances and Preparations Dangerous for Supply (4th Edition)” approved by the Health and Safety Commission on 22nd October 1998.”
