NATIONAL HERITAGE
The National Heritage Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1998

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(2) of the National Heritage Act 1997(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the National Heritage Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1998.
2. The National Heritage Act 1997 shall come into force on 4 March 1998.

This Order appoints 4 March 1998 as the day for the coming into force of the National Heritage Act 1997.
