2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 is 21st November 1998–

(a)sections 7 to 10;

(b)Schedule 1; and

(c)Schedule 9, paragraphs 4(3) and 5(3) so far as not already in force.
