Amendments to the Principal Regulations
3.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations shall be amended as follows.
(2) For sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 16 there shall be substituted–
“(1) Subject to paragraph (3), the information specified in Parts I, II and III of Schedule 1 and in Schedule 2 to the Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1998(1) such information being determined in accordance with Regulation 4 of those Regulations.”.
(3) Paragraph 23 shall be deleted.
