Grants in respect of nursery education
9. In relation to the relevant period, section 1(3)(a) of the Nursery Education and Grant-Maintained Schools Act 1996(1) shall have effect as if the reference to schools maintained by local education authorities included grant-maintained and grant-maintained special schools maintained by those local education authorities.
