1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the A19 Trunk Road (Wolviston Interchange, Southbound Exit Slip Road) (Trunking) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 13th November 1998.
(2) In this Order all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.
2. The length of highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become a Trunk road from the date when this Order comes into force.
3. The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA10/PS/205, marked The “A19 Trunk Road (Wolviston Interchange, Southbound Exit Slip Road) (Trunking) Order 1998”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at the Highways Agency, Room 12/27, St Christopher House, Southwark Street, London SE1 0ET.

The length of highway becoming a trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan and is the newly constructed exit slip road which links the A19 southbound carriageway and the Wolviston Interchange, a distance of 0.48 kilometres.
