3. Paragraph 2(4) of this Act of Sederunt shall not affect the application of Chapter 41 of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 in relation to any appeal which constitutes relevant proceedings for the purposes of Schedule 3 transitional provisions and savings) to the Children (Scotland) Act 1995(1).
