3.—(1) The Act shall extend to the Cayman Islands subject to the exceptions and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
(2) For the purposes of construing the Act as so extended as part of the law of the Cayman Islands any reference to the Act is a reference to the Act as it has effect in the Cayman Islands.
