1. This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1998.
2. The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1997(1) is revoked.
3. The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986(2) is amended by deleting Schedules 1 and 2 and substituting therefor Schedules 1 and 2 which are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
