The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2(1) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–
(1)
1975 c. 70 (section 2(1) was amended by paragraph 3 of Schedule 14 to the Government of Wales Act 1998).
