The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 123, 125, 125A, 129, 132, 134, 135 and 141 of the Road Traffic Act 1988(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1988 c. 52. Section 123(7) was amended by paragraph 2(2) of the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993 (c. 31) (“the 1993 Act”). Section 123(8) was substituted by paragraph 2(3) of the Schedule to the 1993 Act. Section 125A was inserted by section 1 of the 1993 Act. Section 129 was amended by section 2 of the 1993 Act.
