Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995

8.  In the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995(1), in regulation 2(1) (interpretation and application), in the definition of “pharmaceutical services” at the end, add—

  • and includes the provision to persons who are in a Board’s area of listed drugs and medicines which are ordered for those persons by a dental practitioner in pursuance by him of the performance of personal dental services within the meaning of section 1(8) of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997..
