PART IIIPROVISIONS COMING INTO FORCE ON 1ST FEBRUARY 1999
Sections 110 and 111.
Section 140(1) and (3) to the extent that those subsections relate to the provisions of Schedules 30 and 31 specified below.
In Schedule 30–
paragraph 159;
paragraph 208(c) to the extent that it relates to the omission of section 13 of the Education Act 1997(1); and
paragraph 222(a) to the extent that it relates to the omission of paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule inserted as Schedule 33B to the 1996 Act set out in Schedule 3 to the Education Act 1997(2).
In Schedule 31, the repeal of–
section 13 of the Education Act 1997; and
paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule inserted as Schedule 33B to the 1996 Act set out in Schedule 3 to the Education Act 1997.

Paragraphs 1 and 2 have not been brought into force.
