Amendment of Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations
9. In Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations–
(a)in paragraph 5(a)(1) of Part I (assets not to be disregarded under regulation 19(1)(d)) for “9ZA, 9ZB or 9A”, substitute “9ZA or 9ZB”;
(b)omit paragraphs 9A and 9C(2) of that Part;
(c)omit paragraph 15(3) of Part II (interpretation of Part I of this Schedule);
(d)in paragraph 16(4) of that Part, omit “or 9C”.

Paragraph 5(a) was amended by regulation 3(a) of S.I. 1994/2194.

Paragraph 9A was inserted by regulation 3(b) of S.I. 1993/2925 and amended by regulation 3(c) of S.I. 1994/2194. Paragraph 9C was inserted by regulation 3(a) of S.I. 1995/1003.

Paragraph 15 was added by regulation 3(c) of S.I. 1993/2925.
