The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 to the Children Act 1989(1), makes the following Order:
1989 c. 41; paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 was amended by the Child Support Act 1991 (c. 48), section 45(3) and (5). Section 8, which defines “family proceedings”, was amended by paragraph 60(1) of Schedule 8 to the Family Law Act 1996 (c. 27) and by paragraph 68 of Schedule 8 to the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37).
