The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 107(1)(b) and (3) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, on the application of The West of Scotland Water Authority, hereby makes the following Order:

1980 c. 45; section 107(1)(b) was amended by the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (c. 39), Schedule 13, paragraph 119; see section 109(1) for the definition of “local enactment”.
