The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 22(3) of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to, the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

1981 c. 63; amended by section 14 of, and paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to, the Finance Act 1995 (c. 4); section 22(3) was substituted by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 5 to, the Finance Act 1985 (c. 54); section 33(1) defines “the Commissioners” as meaning the Commissioners of Customs and Excise.
