The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 4(2) of the School Inspections Act 1996(1) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in Wales) (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st September 1998.

2.  Andrew Paul Morgan, Esquire, is hereby appointed as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in Wales with effect from 1st September 1998.

Explanatory Note
