TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This Order brings into force provisions of the Employment Rights (Dispute Resolution) Act 1998:—the provisions specified in Schedule 1 to the Order are to come into force on 1st August 1998;the provisions specified in Schedule 2 to the Order are to come into force on 1st October 1998;the provisions specified in Schedule 3 to the Order are to come into force on 1st January 1999.
