Amendment of the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995
5. After regulation 15 of the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995(1) add the following regulation—
“Public meeting
16. If, in pursuance of regulation 15 of these Regulations, the Secretary of State directs the Authority to make an annual report to him for any particular year or for each year, the Authority shall present the report at a public meeting held not later than 30 days after the date on which the report was made.”.
